Experienced PC/Mac Support Engineer with very strong communication skills required.
Our Company is a rapidly growing technology consulting firm looking to add the industry’s finest minds to its team of engineers and consultants, building on a talented pool of thinkers.
Our clients and projects vary in size and complexity but many focus on two areas: Tactical Services and Strategic Consulting projects. Tactical Services encompass help desk, field support, and systems administration while Strategic Consulting can range from Business Process analysis to Enterprise Architecture. With over 100 clients you can expect to see a great range of technologies and practices.
We have an immediate opening for an experienced PC/Mac Support Engineer with very strong communication skills. Must have 1 year + experience in the workplace.
Responsible for responding to help-desk requests within a self-starter atmosphere. You would be handling multiple troubleshooting, and maintenance requests, including internet connectivity, email issues, server access, and general issues. Excellent analytical skills, organizational, time management, and problem solving skills are a requirement.
This is not a typical corporate help desk position. This is a demanding environment, and customer service is the number one requirement. There is room for advancement, and we are looking for people waiting for an opportunity to springboard their career.
